Executive Assistant position now open!

Initially casual position, potentially full/part time post training.

This assistant position is perfect for somebody who might be wanting to join our purpose, who is dynamic and vibrant!

Somebody who is wanting to expand their knowledge and experience in the field of Health & Beauty.

We encourage students interested to do work experience, placement or training to apply. 

Onsite training provided.

Role Expectations:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge in use of social media and basic video editing.
• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player.
